So I am a very paranoid person about STDs as of the past year and go and get tested monthly or e/o month because I know how things can stay dormant for awhile etc...

Anyway.... ANOTHER negative test. Always good news icon_smile.gif

    congratulation??
    uhh, yeah.
Congrats on taking care of urself, I guess.
    Yeah, congrats on that.

You should be congratulated for taking the minimum necessary steps to avoid contracting an STD and looking out for ur own health. That's truly an obstcale to overcome, .....a hurdle to jump if u will lol.

A congratulations is in order ! a celebration even! but, by the grace of god you've remained STD free. U lucky dog u! Con-gratu-fucking-lations! OMG! you deserve an award. a diploma even! a medal! anything!

meanwhile, I've remained std free.... and wish not to be congratulated for it, but because I kind of care about my health a little bit. and my well-being. I'm kinda glad u do too.

Its great you do take care of your sexual health but like the poster above, are you letting that fear rule your life? Not unless you are having masses of partners each week though - in which case...er...yeah get tested...

More importantly, will you inform us when you test positive?

Wasn't he the one cheating on his BF? If that's the case monthly testing is necessary.

MuchMoreThanMuscle saidHow often are you having sex to warrant testing on a monthly basis? That seems a bit much.

I'm glad you're fine but sounds like you're putting yourself in a position to preoccupy your mind with unnecessary concerns and anxieties about STDs.

Is the frequent casual sex really worth it if you're so paranoid about STD's?

Not sure if you're going to a clinic or if you're going to a private MD but you might want to be careful because the more frequently you go the more you are considered a high risk group. It doesn't matter if your tests come back negative. They'll simply write you off as a high risk group since you come in every four weeks.

Not to mention its a gross misappropriation of medical resources. These tests are not cheap to run.

WhyWhySee saidTitle suggests that you had an STD, but are now cured.

That's what I thought when I read it.

Either he has an unrealistic fear of germs or he has been having unsafe sex is what I got from reading it.

Is he the same one that was dating one of the RJ members? (Sorry, I don't really remember, but he looks familiar and if i recall the "other RJ member" was saying some very nasty things about the person who posted this topic. Glad he's done with that other guy.)

Anyway, always good to get a clean bill of health!

I have a big of a phobia of germs and other peoples germs touching me.

And to clear this up I DIDN'T HAVE any STDs... I just got checked again this month because I like to stay on top of that lol
