I am posting to see if anyone has any pointers to doing their best to maintain a good gym routine and dietary habits whilst travelling. I know it can be very difficult.

Do you still find gyms that you can go to in other countries? Casual visits can be expensive but are worth it sometimes. I have thought of doing execises that don't require weights (eg pushups, seated dips), and buying a set of resistance bands to do workouts. However there are still so many body parts that can't be targeted.

The other idea would be to take a week off anyway as the body does need a rest every now and then. What do you people think?
