So I am in London for three months, and I have looked all over for a resonable gym membership, and the closest thing to it is around 150 American dollars...A MONTH!

Being a college kid, it isn't in the cards.

I am coming to all of you ripped MOFOs. I need some type of gym free 6 week work out. No gym, no weights, just me and my body. Really trying to focus on my upper body (Pecs, Arms, Abs). I have a lot of free time here so I can program a solid hour work out each day.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND with thoughts, links, ideas.

    Thanks

The Fundamentals of Bodyweight exercise. I've gotten into my shape now from strictly doing this, and never touching a weight!

What was wrong with Pure (Wandsworth)? Just curious, not been inside it. According to the website it should have cost about $55 a month for 3 months
    (£25/month + £25 joining fee).

Wowe!, Can you stand up on your arms like that with your body stretched out? ... you should upload some pic or a video ... that is cool

It's actually great, I use it and all the stuff you need is there. reason it's cheap is 'cos they're "no frills" so no showergel in the lockerroom or towels in the gym - you have to bring your own towel.

they've got other gyms that may be closer to you also.
