GOP Vendor's Election Fraud Drama Escalates

"TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — What first appeared to be an isolated problem in one Florida county has now spread statewide, with election officials in at least seven counties informing prosecutors or state election officials about questionable voter registration forms filled out on behalf of the Republican Party of Florida.

State Republican officials already have fired the vendor it had hired to register voters, and on Thursday took the additional step of filing an election fraud complaint against the company, Strategic Allied Consulting, with state officials.

A spokesman for Florida's GOP said the matter was being treated very seriously.

"We are doing what we can to find out how broad the scope is," said Brian Burgess, the spokesman..."

That's it... "The Banana Republic of Florida"

Maybe they should be excluded from federal elections if they cant get it together. They will just have to take what the other 49 decide.

I just love that our Governor is trying to get Black and brown people off the voter roles when the State House needs to be the place to check for Fraud

People love to criticize the press in this country, but this is them doing their job and why they are so important. If it wasn't for them reporting this, Republicans would still being doing this and the fraudulent registrations would remain.

Also don't forget Florida is a sunshine state. And we're not just talking weather. We're talking public records. Here's the taxes paid on one of Trump's houses. I found it in about 3 seconds.

So who's to say this shit isn't going on all over the fucking country. Could just be the visibility is more clear here, and I'm not just talking our excellent air quality.

And then there's self-professed "Conservative Bad Girl" Ana Sol Alliegro.

She's still missing (in hiding... hopefully?) weeks after the FBI tried to question her.

This followed accusations she was a money conduit between the Republican Congressional incumbent friend (Rep. David Rivera) and a low-key Democrat who suddenly had all this money for a slick campaign in the Democratic primaries, trying to bump off the favored Democrat challenger before the latter reached the general election to face Rivera.

    Quite the firecracker, she is!

    http://www.bradenton.com/2012/09/25/4214177/nudity-politics-gunfire-and-a.html

Miami HeraldIn January 2007, she was arrested in a dispute with her ex-husband, Moshe Cosicher, at his Tigertail Ave. home in Coconut Grove. They had been divorced for two years, but Alliegro wanted to get remarried, according to reports from Miami police and prosecutors.

“We are going to Vegas,” she told Cosicher, a report said. The report noted that when Cosicher refused, she grabbed a gun, which appeared to be a .45 that she kept at bed side.

She then sat naked at a desk with her leg up and compared the gun to a male sexual organ.

“If you think your [expletive] is powerful (showing the gun), this is mine,” Alliegro told Cosicher, who tried to ignore her by going to make coffee, a report said. Alliegro followed him and told him to sit on the couch.

She fired a round into the ceiling.

“You see. It’s loaded — this is business,” Alliegro allegedly said. He tried to leave.

“She shot at me when I approached the front door (she missed my head by inches),” Cosicher wrote in a police statement.

Miami HeraldIn December 2009, Alliegro married former Miami mayor Joe Carollo. But the romance was short-lived: Carollo — a former police officer — quickly filed for divorce, saying that he feared Alliegro, court records show.

Alliegro “has become irrational, abusive and has harassed the husband at all hours,” Carollo’s lawyer wrote in court papers. “The wife has left several threatening messages and texts. The husband genuinely fears for his safety.”

They were married for 83 days.

No, it's Florida. They can't simply run the election. That would be too easy. Alliegro says it herself:

Miami Herald“Politics is rough and I play like it,” Alliegro, 42, once tweeted on Twitter.

Well isn't that special! Republicans have been passing all kinds of State voting restrictions against illegal voting. Except, nobody can actually point to any significant examples of voter fraud that warrant these Draconian measures. But the laws strangely throw obstacles at mostly minority voters, and others who are considered likely Democratic voters. Echoes of the Jim Crow laws? (Google it if you don't know your history)

But now we have actual examples of widespread voter fraud. And it was perpetrated by - the Republicans! NOT by ACORN, not by illegal immigrants, but by at least one voter registration firm employed by the Republicans in multiple States.

Of course once they were caught doing it the Republican Party is all aghast. I wonder how aghast they would have been if the company hadn't been exposed by the media? And what other voting horrors are yet to be exposed, that the Republican Party will be quick to say: "How awful! We had no idea! We'll fire them." Nice to be contrite AFTER you get caught and the damage done. icon_rolleyes.gif

    Typical GOP hypocrisy and corruption.
It's just on steroids in FL.

We need to be sure to go to the polls this November 6th to vote a straight Democratic ticket.

    REGISTER AND VOTE
Let's teach the dirty Repubs a lesson this November.

The Repubs need a good ass-whipping at the polls.
It's the only thing that will get them to shape up.

It used to be Texas that blatantly cheated in every single election.
Maybe they still do. I don't know.
But, Florida learned that they could get away with it, too.
So, they keep right on doing it.
Plus, we learned that the Republican Supreme Court won't uphold the law.

In other words, the polls were leaning toward Democrat, and the Repubs decided to get rid of the honest pollsters and bring in a group that can "rock the vote" in their favor.

Don't be surprised. This is the mentality of your every day, run-of-the-mill Florida Republican. They all think like this....and so does the conservatives here on RJ----just like her. Exactly.

Please make sure you vote, Mr. Smithers.
Your state is one of the most important swing states.

    And yes, you are hot.
