This is one of my signature desserts, it takes a while to prepare but worth it!
Dip strawberries in good quality dark chocolate and let them harden, once chocolate has hardened take a small knife and cut out the to of the strawberry and make a cavity inside.. Set aside...then chop up some macadamia, hazel, pecan and walnut nuts, add to a sauté pan with butter and gently cook for 4 minutes, then add some brown sugar and tripple sec, let it cool. Then use a spoon and stuff this mixture inside of the hollowed out strawberries. Then I make a cream a cream anglaise bourbon sauce (google it) plate the strawberries and pour anglaise sauce over the top!

cream anglaise can be a little difficult to make. it is great, but still a challenge. Egg curdling is always a problem in it, it took me a while to get it right

Thanks for the recipe, it looks great, I am gonna have to try it for my next game session
