    Hi, I have recently started university and am using the meal plan. I wondered if there is anyone that would help me out with planning what I should eat in order to gain weight for working out. What I am trying to make is a meal plan with inside the meal plan. If anyone is willing to help I would be so grateful. I would email you the food that is offered here and you could create it from that. I know this is a far fetched idea but I thought I minus well try. Also if anyone knows a great supplement that would be helpful for adding pounds that would be great as well.

    I visited my nephew at my alma mater and was so excited to be guested on his meal plan. If I knew in college what I know now I'd have exploited the unlimited servings and loaded up on the rotisserie chicken, brown rice, yams and steamed vegetables offered. That's exactly what I ate while I watched him eat two hot dogs, a grilled cheese sandwich, fries and a Diet Coke.
