    Hi all, I'm new here and glad to have found this place.

    I'm just getting started with my fitness. I've always been a bit intimidated by gyms since the days of high school, but have decided that my fitness and health is more important, so it's time to start treating my body right.

    I live in the Atlanta area, and go to the LA Fitness in Peachtree Corners. I'm looking for friends, workout buddies, and a personal trainer who can help me with my goals.

    Right now I'm starting slow, since my body isn't used to moving. I do a little elliptical, followed by some bicep curls, and then either back to elliptical or some squats. Any advice on a starting out routine would be appreciated.

    Welcome to RJ, and congrats on your decision to live healthier!

    Ask the hottest guys at your gym to recommend a trainer. That way you'll know you're getting one who does a good job. icon_biggrin.gif
