No. Never. In my whole life.
I say crap instead of the "S" word. And I've never had a need for "the F bomb" of the two "B" words. And I don't actually know any more curse words besides those. And I'd rather keep it that way.

Sometimes it sounds like you're arguing with a child, but I don't care. At least my arguments won't stun passers-by.

    Yes.
A word is just a word.
A word has no meaning until we apply meaning to it.

If a word in your lexicon makes you feel dirty, shameful, and/or guilty you are the one that gave meaning to it - So change it.

Example: Just because society and your parents told you a 'ball' is a round object does not mean it actually is.

Remember, that our lexicon continues to grow and change until about age 55.

In person, I almost never curse.
I agree with the OP about vulgarity.

But, as I'm sure you've seen, I sometimes let loose when I'm shooting off my big mouth, here on RJ, and on other sites.

LOL, I've never heard that before. Is that like when your muscles start to break down and bones become brittle??? I guess I'll be hitting the gym and the dictionary more as I get older! icon_confused.gif

Oh, and to the OP, it depends on the audience. I don't curse around children or the elderly--or in the presence of church people, virgins or my mom.

I curse a lot. I'm not ashamed of it and I see nothing wrong with it.

But I only do it around people I'm comfortable with and people I know it wont offend.
