I'm a hard gainer at the best of times, and have really struggled this last year with injuries and a number of sinus and throat infections.

One of the trainers I see recommended I tried a Colostrum supplement to assist with immune boost as well as assist with muscle mass gain.

A Protein supp I used (Testoroid) had colostrum in it - I didint realise that until some time later though... dont know if it did much for me at the time.

Anyone have experience with the use of a colostrum supplement?

Sounds disgusting. What is the source of the colostrum?

I take it when I have cold. I dunno, I just do as part of my I-have-a-cold cocktail of vitamins and crap, don't really know if it does anything.

How do you get it? Do you just go up to hugely pregnant women and cry until they let you suckle a breast?

an article from 2008. For the vegetarians, if you look toward the end of the article, it is considered vegetarian.
