    For the movie lovers out there.

    Would you recommend the last movie you saw or not? Please give a rate

    1 = really bad

    10 = brilliant

    You can use decimal too! icon_wink.gif

    Recently I watched "V for Vendetta". It was a well made movie with a nice, intelligent plot. It has depth and separate from other comic movies. Natalie Portman looks gorgeous. How could I miss this movie? Shame on me. I would highly recommend and give it a 9/10.

    "What To Expect When You're Expecting". Not great art by any stretch, but I laughed. 7 out of 10

    The last movie I watched was Girl Interrupted. Had never seen it so decided I would see what the hype was about-

    I'll give it 8. I enjoyed it. Very deep.

    Dark Knight Rises. It was entertaining for a rainy day, but it dragged in places. I think they could have chopped 30 minutes out of it and made it a better movie.

    6.5/10

    House at the End of the Street.

    0.5/10...I liked Elisabeth Shue in Leaving Las Vegas and Mysterious Skin and thought maybe this would be just as depressing, and it was but only because I spent $24 to see it. Do not recommend.

    Looper. It was smartly written and superbly acted especially Joseph Gordon Levittz. There were some plot holes and some concepts were not fully developed (the whole thing about TK could have been expanded on), but overall one of the better takes on time traveling that I have seen in a while. Rating 8.5 out of 10

    The Newest Resident Evil movie, believe it's Resident Evil: Evolution but I could be wrong I never really pay much attention to movie names unless they really excite me.

    I'll rate it as a 5, the plot went kaput, there were hardly any zombies in the bitch, except in the beginning & those huge guys... oh ya and in the moscow area. Totally disappointing, probably the worst movie in the franschise(sp). But what fight scenes that were in the movie were nicely done. Surprisingly...
    I don't recommend it if you have seen the rest of the movies to R.E., in fact I don't recommend it at all to anyone. Unless of course you don't care what others say about a movie, than go and see it.

    I last saw this French movie called Commes Les Autres about a gay pediatrician who desperately wants to have a child any way he can but his partner is totally against it. It's about his journey to finally getting a child to raise. The pediatrician is played by Lambert Wilson who was the Merovingian on the Matrix, the one with the sexy French accent. He is a gorgeous older man to me! I give it a 9.5 because the acting was really good and it was realistic. I would give it a 10 if only I got to see the gay couple naked or having sex lol.

    Premium Rush

    (with Joseph Gordon Levitt)

    It had the feel of a really good FX movie and it was only 5 bucks on base so it was worth it to me. Plus, the action and cut scenes were very good and I think it got like a 76% on Rotten Tomatoes so I give it a strong 7. icon_razz.gif

    Magic Mike..... It was great to "watch" but lacked any substance or plot whatsoever. I give it a 2 for movie night and an 8 for "background" visuals.
