How long is your longest relationship with someone?

Well, I was quite upset about this.
Many people wish the relationship could last FOREVER. At first, I had that dream too. These days, I talked with a few gay guys. But all broke up silently with them, cause I just add them into the blacklist.

    here is the reason:
    too fat,
    too big abdomen,
    too ugly,
living in his own world and don't send you a message for two days,
    too childish,
too proud(I ask something, and then he told me to check it on the website ),
have married with straight(though pretty handsome),
    don't have a job.......

Or maybe it is me that is too strict? Someone told me that he tried to have a bf four years ago, but is still single now.

So anyone who is having a relationship or ever had one that lasts for a while(last more than one year)?
Or you would like to be a happy single guy and pretty enjoy it while having some gorgeous gay friends?

I guess most the people here don't have a long relationship and don't care about it?

One 6.5 and current one 16....gotta compromise, have extreme patience, love, trust and then ALOT of prayer...since kids and legal marriage aren't normally an issue, I think it's easier 2 walk away from gay partnerships, but it's worth it in the long run to stick it out...if you can make it to 15 years, then it's smooth sailing from there!

Also helps that both of our families accept us as a valid couple at the family holiday dinners table...

2.5 years is my record to beat. (1 year in my on-going ltr).

And yes, you are too strict. There isn't settling in without some settling for.

Dude you MIGHT be too strict.

It's that whole checklist complex so many people have.

Try approaching it with more openness (not morals and such- but def physical stuff...little things.) Don't nit pick. Sometimes you find a gem under some flawed bumps in the road.

7 years was my first ltr.

On Oct. 19, it will be the 10th anniversary with my current man. He's been out of town for two weeks and I am really missing him.

5 years married to a faghag, then almost 2 years with a guy... and we broke up cause his jealousy and possessive nature was just too much to handle anymore, it killed all the love i once had for him. eh.

i'll hoop someone for a decade someday, i hope. icon_smile.gif
