This is one of the films in the past year's film festivals that grabbed the (re)viewers by the throat & balls, & yanked 'em out!

The film Excision stars AnnaLynne McCord (Nip/Tuck, CW's 90210) as the anti-heroine Pauline - a confused, socially awkward, & disturbed teenage girl.

Her mom (Traci Lords) doesn't get her. Her priest therapist (John Waters) is disturbed by her. Her classmates are awkward around her, & yet she just wants to excise above the mundane & ordnary to stand out.

Her little sister, her only friend, is suffering from cystic fibrosis & the family can't afford to treat her. With Pauline wanting to be loved by her mom, she takes it upon herself to fix her sister's issue when only dreaming to be a surgeon, in a tale fueled by social awkwardness, sexual & morbid curiosity, & hyper-gloss sexual fantasies that'll shake a person to their very core! icon_twisted.gif

& yes, this film will NOT be for everyone out there. However it's already garnered a biiiiig cult following. Many reviewers have touted this as this generation's "CARRIE".

Just spreading the word one more time since it's about to be released on Bluray/DVD. icon_biggrin.gif

    Trailer is below:

    EXACTLY!!!

AnnaLynne McCord fought TOOTH & NAIL for this role!

Even when she met the director, he met her & said, "you're TOO gorgeous for this character" & she grabbed the scissors by his computer at his desk & began cutting locks of her hair off in front of him to prove how bad she wanted it.

She said she's tired of always playing the "rich & hot bitch" in roles.

I do want to see this. I think it's so cool how she got the role. Plus she is hot.

It's independent, & plus TOO controversial to spend money on for a mainstream audience. They wouldn't get it.

& Don't go bother looking for it at Wal-Mart, they released a press saying they REFUSE to sell this film due to its graphic & "disturbing" content
