I used to have a great appetite, and still do...but lately I've been only eating 2 big meals a day when I know I'm supposed to be doing more like 4-6. But I just don't feel hungry or I get so busy I forget to eat and this has been going on for a few weeks now.

I am at my biggest weight thus far, 185. Without supplements (creatine, beta alanine, HMB, L-glutamine, shakes), I'd probably be at 170-175. On my gym days I tend to eat more, but it's only been 3 meals a day. Another thing I attribute is my crappy sleep schedule. I'm waking up at noon or later and up late nights with this chauffeur gig.

I hear of some people who eat once a day and that's it (obviously not heavy into the gym though). Anyone out there get by without eating round the clock? I'm obligated to keep running out getting groceries in the house if I'm eating like that LOL.

I eat one full meal a day and graze the rest... I go to the gym and lift weights.

I'm not overweight and I'm carry a good amount of muscle. I wont be gracing the covers of any magazine but that's not my goal. I'm still recovering from cancer treatment (the cancer its self as well)

I eat like that simply because well my body seems to respond better right now to this eating habit.

During the day i'll eat nuts, fruit, stuff like that anything easy. Make a solid meal at the end of the day, lean meats, vegetables, salad, brown rice, things like that.

Your gaining weight more so because of how much your eating not how often.

2000 calories at the end of the day is still 2000 calories.

Perhaps you need to adjust your portion sizes and stop eating lots just because your so hungry

I've always been a two-meals a day guy. Must be camel genes or something. When I've had mere mortals... uh, I mean employees working for me, I've sometimes been embarrassed when they have to ask "uh, boss, when do we stop for lunch break?"

Actually, I've recently been forcing myself to stop for at least a protein shake and maybe half a bagel or some fruit. At least if I'm doing physical labor. It's more of an issue on those loooong summer days.

Eat when you want to eat so long as you get in your calories and macros. I do intermittent fasting and don't eat until 1 pm or after 9 pm, on purpose.

MuchMoreThanMuscle said I'm full figured and voluptuous.

    icon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gif That's funny.

I have a small appetite always have. So I normally do two / three big meals a day. Breakfast is a no go because I hate waking up so I'm normally late... which means protein bar and fruit. Lunch is not great either but normally manage a chicken sandwich with raw veggies. I eat two dinners normally but the portions are never huge.

I always eat when I'm hungry and the times I'm not I try and snack on almonds or carrots. I've heard if you eat grapes they expand your stomach so you're able to eat more. icon_lol.gif
