First time going to the gym

    So, the other day a doctor advised me, it'll be good to go the gym, to get a "wider chest", also my back muscles are really weak.

    I have never been to a gym before and I wondered, which kind of excercise would I have to do, to enhance chest and back muscles? I'm kind of scared, but since I'm on this website for a while now, I wanted to ask here for advice.

    Any piece of advice is appreciated.

    It like having a free personal trainer...

    Print the plan for each. Watch the vids to see how to do the exercises. Take the plan and go to the gym. In 12 weeks you will be awesome. Then move up to the next 12 weeks plan.....and it all free.

    It looks like a very well worked out plan, but I think it might be a bit tough for me? I know they mention that you don't have to do it in 12 weeks... Going 6 out of 7 days to the gym, since I have so many other things already going on, this seems a bit too much for me. I will have to figure something out I guess.

    I understand. When I first looked at the plan it was overwhelming for me to.

    But don't freak. Each day is really very easy.
