I know what some of you are going to say, that I am fishing for compliments or whatever, and maybe I am but I have noticed that things usually happen for people if they explain the situation so here I go-- It is 9:16 in the morning, I am supposed to go lifting before class at 11 but I'm just not motivated enough. So here I am RJ peepz looking for you to give me (As my grandmother would say) A good hard swift kick in the dupa...

Please, and if you wanna comment on the weight loss so far with advice on how to take a decent pic(most of mine end up making me look still fat) Please do

Ya know what... Screw it I don't need the external motivation to do it- I'm just gonna do it anyway!

I lost 100+ pounds. No one ever told me to do anything. I guess if you start self motivating yourself you will get compliments on your weight loss which will give you more motivation.

Motivation: It will be 20 times harder when you are twice your age. So if you want to be true to your lazy self, then don't make it even harder on yourself later.

Always consider the future in your procrastinations.

Trollileo saidFind out what you cannot do and then go and do it.

Yeah, I always focus on what I find the hardest to work, especially with weight training, because your whole body will compensate for your "weakest link," so you might as will put your energy into that.
