Who've Viewed Me - what do you think?

So when we log on to RealJock, we all see in the upper right corner "Who Viewed Me Recently" with the guys who have taken notice of our "hotness, sexyness" whatever you want to call it.

I have a question to all the guys out there: when you see the same person multiple times that have viewed you - what do you think? Do you think "oh geez, stalker?" or bashful "Aw, he must like me."?

I know when I click on a guys profile, I avoid it like the plague if I've viewed the guy already since it's so ingrained that someone is thinking that I'm a complete and weird stalker with a weird crush or something - when most of the time I can't even remember seeing that guy since maybe he changed his pic or my memory is just that bad. I especially want to kick myself if I know I've viewed the guy more then just once. Anyone else this insane?

We click on guys profiles every day in order to follow their posts, as we like them very much, find them very intelligent, funny, and warm.

When we see recurring visitors to ours, we often send them a friendly email because this is a chance to meet someone new, or reconnect with someone we already know.
Profiles are meant to be visited and read. icon_wink.gif Why else would someone have one?

Sorta what MiL said. I look at profiles repeatedly because I forget the details, like their age, where they live, etc. I've set my preferences not to allow people to see when I've viewed their profile. I can stealth-stalk now.

It doesn't bother me if someone views my profile repeatedly. It's there to be seen. I don't know what's on their mind or what their intentions are unless they tell me. I take it as a compliment.

I'm usually surprised by it. I'm a complete monster on the forums and its not like I have my torso blazing. There must be something else about me that draws them in, like a moth to a flame, must be my flaming personality icon_redface.gif

I personally think that they are stalking when it is the same person over and over and become annoyed with it when they never say anything but just stare. Just my opinion

But you can always ignore them

Actually made some good friends here, when they keep looking...just ask what-up and call them shy: work through they're shyness and find a cool guy.

However, like Doug and Bill I'll track some of my favorite posters, but also, like you some I wont, cause I crush to hard on them all ready and fear if they actually became friends I'd find myself single and on a plane.

oh. AND: you can go under 'preference' and change your setting to stalk unnoticed, not that I'd ever done thaticon_cool.gif

Yup. Click the Preferences link, and uncheck "Allow other members to see when I've visited their profile." It's a stalker's dream come true. icon_biggrin.gif

I'm surprised at who my regulars are and what actually draws people. Guess my posts leave people thinking, wondering, and guessing what all I'm about. Thankfully, at couple guys have taken enough interest in me, somewhat how I did others before. It's a good thought that someone is actually interested in me, and I'm allowed to show interest back. Even if its just on the web.

I think I signed up for an internet forum to get a little privacy from everyone, and you guys are ruining it by viewing my public profile all the time. Knock it off. icon_neutral.gif

I think "Last active" should be a preference choice. I dont think the rest of the world should necessarily know when you were on.

Doesn't bother me. I just figure guys read something I've posted and wonder who the hell is that! 90% of the guys that look at my profile, never bother to say hello icon_sad.gif

Most of the people that have viewed me, I have viewed before. I just assume they have seen me in the forums or saw I viewed them and wanted to know a little about me. I have looked at alot of profiles, some of them multiple times. The reason I do this, is because I am bad at recognizing when people have changed their pics.

I never try to make a positive or negative assumption. If they like me, they'll contact me. If they are a stalker, I can't really stop them. But I honestly doubt there are many (if any) stalkers on here.

I dunno. o-o; I kinda want to pick the minds of those who come by. They're usually not people who I see on the forums but just random weirdoes on the website. icon_confused.gif

"Why did you click on my profile? What did you think? Am I perty? Based on what you saw/read, would you go out with me? ;D"

Sooo... yeah, not sure. Wish people left me more comments. >:S
