RJ Workout programs

    So, I'm a bit of a tech geek and I was starting the workout programs on here. Sadly, they haven't made it easy to put the stuff into a digital worksheet like excel or a simple document to have things right there on your smartphone to reference and log your performance. You have to either spend forever manually copying and pasting things or just print it out on paper and drag that around with you.

    I was wondering if anyone else found this frustrating because when looking around on the iTunes store I couldn't find a simple workout log app. Everything is bloated with other workouts and way too complicated because they're meant for trainers and not regular person's personal fitness. Because of this I'm thinking of making a simple app that would allow you to create your workout on your computer and save it to a file that could be synched to your smartphone so you could use that to log your workout and send back to your computer.

    Would anyone be interested in that?

    I copied them to Word. Cleaned them up. Printed them and took them to the gym.

    Yea. That's currently what I'm doing but it's such a inefficient use of time IMO. Plus I'd rather not waste paper and have to worry about taking it around the gym with me which is why I was thinking of an app I can use on my phone which is what I was trying to gauge interest on.
