I used to work for an HIV organization. I knew this one guy that somehow got it into his head that HIV was not a real disease and that it was a propaganda program being touted by the government and that it was the medications that were actually making people sick. He was such a sweet good looking guy, and no amount of talking to make him see things clearly would change his mind. He stopped taking his meds and started down some homeopathic path. He died within the year. Don't fall for scams that profess to be a cures.

I work with clients as a holistic nutritionist, my primary recommendation to anyone regarding holistic/integrative medicine, nutrition or supplements is to combine both allopathic (traditional western) with holistic (non pharmaceuticals) as well as to ensure the holistic endeavors won't contradict with any prescribed medicine.

On a related note - there is a doctor (Rabbi Dr. Marvin Antelman) in Israel who uses a specific molecular composition of silver and oxygen intravenously to actually cure patients of hiv/aids. There is also Dr. Sam Chachoua in Australia who uses something called induced remission therapy or tagging to allow the immune system to see anything which hides from or tricks the immune system. For example, cancer sends out a protein telling the body its friendly. The "tag" attached to cancer cells with something as simple as the common cold allowing the body to see it as an actual enemy. The tagging does the same for hiv and he has cured people of both cancer and hiv.

I'm not doubting your recommendation, but please, please, please include links to scientific peer-reviewed journals that back up what you're saying. The link you provided is trying to sell a supplement and you should know better than to trust a site like this as a source of reliable information.

I second this. If this is a legitimate treatment, it'd at least be in one reputable peer reviewed journal. Other than that, it's placebo, suppression, propaganda, or any other number of scammed products.

I also agree that research should be linked to peer-reviewed journal articles. Double-blinded placebo controlled trials published in peer-reviewed journals are the golden standard-not studies published by a company about their own product.

I have had HIV for over three years now and I have to say that this is too good to be true, if it was true then I would have started on it a long time ago

The LifeOne supplement is not a cure, but greatly reduces the viral load.

Dr. Antelman actually patented his cure. Link below - he actually lives in Israel.
    http://www.freepatentsonline.com/5676977.html

Dr. Sam Chachoua lives in and is from Australia - I forget which university in Califonria, but he was doing research at a University in California that sued him claiming his discovery was theirs when they saw IRT can cure both cancer and hiv through tagging or actually allowing the immune system to see what it is being tricked by.

Many other nutritive aspects can work like LifeOne to help reduce viral load like the saponins in oatmeal

    and

    Spirulina:
In April 1996, scientists from the Laboratory of Viral Pathogenesis, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School and Earthrise Farms, Calipatria, California, announced on-going research, saying "Water extract of Spirulina platensis inhibits HIV-1 replication in human derived T-cell lines and in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. A concentration of 5-10 mg/ml was found to reduce viral production." HIV-1 is the AIDS virus. Small amounts of Spirulina extract reduced viral replication while higher concentrations totally stopped its reproduction. Importantly, with the therapeutic index of >100, Spirulina extract was non-toxic to human cells at concentrations stopping viral replication.

Another group of medical scientists has published new studies regarding a purified water extract unique to Spirulina named Calcium-Spirulan. It inhibits replication of HIV-1, herpes simples, human cytomegalovirus, influenza A virus, mumps virus and measles virus in-vitro, yet is very safe for human cells. It protects human and monkey cells from viral infection in cell culture. According to peer reviewed scientific journal reports this extract, "...holds great promise for treatment of ...HIV-1, HSV-1, and HCM infections, which is particularly advantageous for AIDS patients who are prone to these life-threatening infections."
