We've already had snow up high in northern NM. But now it's all warm again :-(

I know the local pass doesn't cover Vail but you MUST make a trip there or take a weekend and go to Telluride. Its the bomb diggity yo.

I know the epic local pass does not offer any runs for Steamboat, but if you want to take a mini winter vacation Steamboat is the best.

The valley is gorgeous, and unlike Vail and Aspen, its much more affordable.

Yes. I went to the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs so I went a lot. I've been to Breck, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek, A-Basin, and Copper Mountain. They're all reasonably close to you and a ton of fun. Enjoy. I miss Colorado and 20+ days of boarding over the winter. I've been doing about 5-8 days a year lately. icon_sad.gif

    Come ski Aspen....

Way better than the other options in Colorado, minus maybe Telluride....

I grew up in Colorado and started skiing when I was 8. Besides Vail, my favorite ski areas are Copper Mountain and Winter Park. If you live in Denver, Winter Park is one of the easiest day trips.
