Does anyone know of a good full body calisthenics workout. I do not have weights nor the money to buy them. I currently do pilates but feel it doesnt do enough for my chest area.

At my disposal i have a chin up/pull up bar.

I feel that the bar does not fully work the chest. I subscribe to Men's Health, and they did a whole expose on the most under-estimated and under-appreciated exercise: the push up. It really does work all of the chest, and there are tons of variations that you can find to help target certain muscles in the chest.

its all about the the hands (with one exception)

they can be close together in fists, far apart, backwards, farther back, etc.

if you have an exercise ball you can put your hands on that and do pushups (works stabalizing muscles)

or you can elevate your feet (with or without the exercise ball)

Also, don't forget you can do a search on here for excercises including all the push-up variations along with videos on how to do them correctly (if it's not on the page on RJ, you can goto Youtube and find it)

Google the term "push-up" and you'll find loads of variations.

Push-ups and dips do a body good. There are lots of ways to do a push-up that targets various areas of the pecs and the triceps. One thing about the Pushup, don't rely totally on your arms. Imagine using your chest muscles to push through the earth to eventually cause your hands to meet when doing them. This will bring your pecs into play.
Dips and "Dive Bomber Pushups" target the Deltoids nicely too.
The Pull-ups target the Lats, Brachioradialis, and Biceps, there's lots of variations there too.

You have what you need for a nice upper body workout.

You should check out the TRX Suspension Trainer. We use it at the gymnastics/acrobatics gym I work out at.
