Completely outlandish prediction, but I'm going to propose it anyway...

Romney/Ryan wins but Democrats keep the Senate and manage to take over the House.

    Thoughts?

Is it possible? And if it happens, what are your thoughts on that?

ANYTHING is possible. I'm gonna say something that A LOT of people won't like, but here it is: Gridlock is a good thing. It may be inconvenient, undesirable, impossible at times, but it's a good thing. We wouldn't want a dictatorship now, would we? Because it wouldn't apply to just the party I might happen to like, it would apply to the other party, also. And we wouldn't want either party to be able to pass EVERYTHING they want. Anyone want to tell me this is unreasonable? It's the best system anyone's come up with so far.....

Honestly, and not just banteringly, I cannot see a single reason to vote for the GOP this time. Their platform is recidivist, their math doesn´t add up and they have literally no idea what they are doing beyond trying to oust Blacky.

Aristoshark saidNo, the numbers are thoroughly against the Democrats taking the House.

And Romney will not be moving into the White House. Not this year (or ever, since after he loses the Republicans will send him down the memory hole along with GWB).

    +1

What makes anyone think that the Democrats will take over the House. I have not seen any data out there to support that they have an even decent chance of doing that in this election.
