Describing the most famous sufferer of ROMNESIA,

The Salt Lake Tribune has this to say:

" as his campaign for the White House has made abundantly clear, first in his servile courtship of the tea party in order to win the nomination, and now as the party’s shape-shifting nominee. From his embrace of the party’s radical right wing, to subsequent portrayals of himself as a moderate champion of the middle class, Romney has raised the most frequently asked question of the campaign: "Who is this guy, really, and what in the world does he truly believe?"

The evidence suggests no clear answer, or at least one that would survive Romney’s next speech or sound bite. "

    good question:

WHO IS THIS GUY, REALLY, AND WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES HE TRULY BELIEVE?

Who knows, but it's looking more and more like we'll get our chance to find out during his first term as POTUS icon_wink.gif

He believes marriage is between one man and many women. (Maybe that's why he has binders full of women?)

    WOW........JUST WOW!

Even someone working for Team Romney doesn't have an answer to "WHO IS THIS GUY?".

Your enthusiasm for him is based solely on his ability to possibly dupe enough voters into selecting him.

GlamourShotsAZ, your values are a good match for MITT.

You both are TOO FUCKING SAD.

Now, Jock, I know that you and your liberal friends are getting a bit nervous about the Obama campaign starting to come crashing down, but that is no reason to get testy with your dear friends here at RJ like myself icon_wink.gif

" your dear friends here at RJ like myself "

Your SINCERITY is also identical to Mitt's.

Your promoting of the most clearly anti-gay Presidential candidate in history is interesting. You tell us Romney serves some greater good for which we should sacrifice our civil rights as gay men, and accept the second-class status that he and the Republican Party have promised for us. Or worse, as many Republican candidates have stated, to make our status illegal, a crime to be gay.

You also tell us that looking after our gay civil rights is a selfish act, that we should be more concerned about the economy, or some other 1% goals, that we have no right to think of ourselves. (And disregarding for a moment that Republican policies are the cause of our current economic problems)

But... how come the 1-percenters get to think about THEMSELVES first? How come the evangelical Christians get to think of themselves first, and impose their values on everyone else? Which is what Republicans are attempting to do with social legislation for their base.

How come we gays must make the sacrifice, and be sacrificed, but no other segment of the population must do likewise? How come gays have no right to protect their own rights, but must defer to everyone else? Did the Blacks do that, in the civil rights era? Do the Latinos do that today?

No, your willingness to throw gays under the bus is not what a gay man does. Your urging that others take the fall, so your own interests be protected, is selfish & deceitful.

I know you like to present yourself as a political intellectual, but in the final analysis you are nothing but a self-serving con artist.

CJAZ and his fellow Republican-sponsored posse ask us to put aside dignity
for the sake of MITT'S MAGICAL FIX-IT PLAN for the Economy.

I'd consider that IF Mitt's plan made any sense at all.

Also from The Salt Lake Tribune:

"More troubling, Romney has repeatedly refused to share specifics of his radical plan to simultaneously reduce the debt, get rid of Obamacare (or, as he now says, only part of it), make a voucher program of Medicare, slash taxes and spending, and thereby create millions of new jobs. To claim, as Romney does, that he would offset his tax and spending cuts (except for billions more for the military) by doing away with tax deductions and exemptions, is utterly meaningless without identifying which and how many would get the ax. Absent those specifics, his promise of a balanced budget simply does not pencil out."

So GlamourShotsAZ is asking us to help him turn the country over to a bunch of bigots...

    ...FOR WHAT?

A TAX PLAN THAT IS PURE FANTASY!

Sorry, GSAZ, your spray on tan has more depth than your economic thinking.
And it appears that Mitt is getting his theories from YOU.

I told you no such thing. I have never urged anyone to vote any way other than the way their heart tells them to vote.

ART_DECO saidOr worse, as many Republican candidates have stated, to make our status illegal, a crime to be gay.

Let's not get too melodramatic. I think we both know that is never going to happen

Again, I told you no such thing. I have asked you disregard nothing, and I certainly never suggested that you, or anyone else, have no right to think for yourselves. Where do you come up with this stuff???

When did I ever urge you or anyone else to take any fall -- for anyone? Have you been drinking again? Oh, wait, it's Happy Hour in Wilton Manor...
