[CEO] Jeffries... had 40-plus pages of rules flight attendants were expected to follow [on his corporate jet].

The flight standards manual stipulated an incongruously strict uniform of jeans worn "at the hip," polo shirts and flip-flops. Sweatshirts could be worn, but only if the staff all coordinated their wardrobes.

The collar had to be turned up and the bottom button left unbuttoned. Hats were mandated when the temperature dropped below 40 degrees, with the brim folded two inches. Regardless of the weather, flip-flops had to be worn while flying and greeting passengers. Also mandatory for male attendants: boxer briefs and Abercrombie cologne "spritzed" over their uniforms.

Boxer briefs are not boxers. Which is it? No wonder there's a lawsuit.
