    President Obama is NOT the first to diagnose ROMNESIA.

    NEWT GINGRICH probably deserves that credit.

    In one of their primary debates, Newt correctly stated that

    he couldn't debate someone

    "WHO CONSTANTLY CHANGED HIS POSITIONS---ON EVERY ISSUE!"
