To the RJ'ers in the USA! Do you reply to mail from RJ'ers who are not from the USA?

I was wondering if this had any influence on whether or not you reply to emails from other RJ'ers. Maybe some RJ'ers even go as far as saying they don't reply to emails from people out of their own state? (Nor visiting soon either)

Yes. Why would it matter where they are from? This isn't a dating site.

Some people treat it like one though. I was talking to somebody yesterday and he mentioned that there are folks around here that won't even consider talking to you if you're not from the same area.

I reply to everybody who sends me mail, but I don't usually do the initial sending.

Some people do treat it that way, but they don't seem to stick around long. It's not really set up for dating, and I think they get discouraged.

I rarely initiate an e-mail conversation either, unless it's someone I already know.

I don't respond to emails from anyone that I haven't seen make an effort to talk on the forums. And I have never sent an email out to anyone that wasn't a regular.

Every once in a bluemoon I may say thanks for a hotlist, but if you have no pics and are from some shitty dump of a place, I won't respond. Most those guys begin with some slutty cheesy opening line. Just keepin it real...

Depends on the message. A lot of the non US messages I've gotten are kinda spammy. But I do respond to messages that seem legit.

    RIGHT!

I got replies from other members and am from Germany. Where's the problem?

If someone takes the time to write a message, (unless it's one of my "friends/fans" from the forums), then of course I respond.
I think it's fun to correspond with people from all over the world. icon_smile.gif
However, if there is something in one's profile that I really oppose or I really don't like what they've posted in the forums, I will not respond.

I try to reply to all messages. The only exception is faceless profiles that are directly asking for sex.

I respond to foreigners and those from New Jersey and Utah on a case by case basis, the only exception being faceless profiles directly asking for sex which I respond to immediately.

No, if they're a brand new member from a developing country. I don't know them, so why would they hit on me? And often with some crap about me being a "hot guy." ME? REALLY? Do they actually think I'd fall for that?

I assume a scam, so I don't reply and block them.

Unfortunately, your profile includes face pictures. Your message will be responded to in the order it was received. Thank you for your patience.
