ok im still doing good with my weight lose i weight now at 195.77lbs which im very proud of reach so now im wanting to tone my core stomach muscles. but i dont know many exercises for that most i do is the v situps crunches situps, planking and pushup and walking, but other then those i dont know many exercises. i like to be able to switch them up every so often so i wont get bored. i looked online but most i found were either ones i know already or with out picture so im not sure if im doing them right. can anyone recommend any abs and pec toning and strengthening exercises?
