Did anyone try the new workout yet? I tried it tonight. Awesome. Totally did me in. I thought i was gonna puke after. (To me that's awesome.)

Now granted i did train as a fighter, and i know full well that this workout was only about 1/2 as hard as a true fight workout, but i haven't trained that way for a year now. and to me, i think this is a great way to get back into that style of training. or to start that style if you've never done it before.

I tried it..at first I felt it was too easy..I was going over the reps but when I got to legs that's when it hit me. I hate leg days anyway but this one totally wiped me out. I almost had to crawl back home.

With which program are you combining? Or you're just doing the fighter and some cardio?

To me, the toughest part were the arms and shoulders... At least being an ex-taekwondist pays off

Good luck xD
