How ageist are we? (I admit this forum is rather self-serving lol)

I'm pretty agist, but in favor the older spectrum. I discriminate against you if you're younger than 40-45. Not that we can't be awesome friends, I just would never consider someone younger than that for a relationship or really even casual dating.

Funny, it usually skews the other direction, young guys posting on their profiles they dont want someone older!

I've never had anything in common with people my age. My ideal weekend since I was a teen is Costco and the garden center at Home Depot. Cooking then watching TV and turning in early.

That means that you have a lot of fulfillment in other areas that you don't have to fill up your free time with mindless barhopping etc

I should have titled it "men over 50 that take care of themselves, hot or not?" lol, personally I find it amazing to see guys after 50 that take care of themselves as it is so much harder to do that when you were 20 or 30, without juicin' that is

society's age old question usually posed by people who are just nosy. i just cant get my head around this age barrier. Within common sense if two people have a friendship, no matter to what degree, then that is between those two people. The brave ones carry on, the meek run away. Sinatra and Farrow, Kennedy and Onassis, Klein and ?. Point is the only ones commenting with disparaging remarks are those who can't succeed in that kind of dynamic......writer's cramp.

Dunno, after travelling a lot I find that common in Southeast Asia and some Latin American countries, where those elders than yourself are respected (rash generalization), but I find it contrary here in the States

I've had bad experiences with older guys, so I favor people younger or at most 3 years older than me for a relationship.

But if you're just talking about being hot than any age is good. It depends on the guy not his age... unless he's 70~80+ or in bad shape.
I actually wish I were as hot as some 40's or 50's in RJ lol

There are hot guys of every age and then there are guys who aren't so good looking of any age!

Personally though I think TheGuyNextDoor is one of the hottest on this site icon_redface.gif

I generally prefer guys a few years older than myself who have looked after themselves. But guys can be hot at any age... it's a combination of appearance, experience, attitude and intellect for me.
