1 - 2 repetition trainging

    Hi all Jocks,

    I have found out my maximum weight for one repetition for all muscle groups. Now I am doing 3 x week maximum repetitions for major groups. 2 sets of 1-2 reps, of 90% of maximum weight.

    I am very exicted about this new traingin style, I will do it for one or two months, and then go for higher sets and reps of 70% of maximum weight.

    I am also learning Explosive movements: power clean, high pull, hang clean....

    Is anybody doing this type of training and what are the impressions?

    I'm not expert, but I think a bit more volume would be more beneficial.
