Not sure if I injured myself but sometimes when I look down or stretch my neck downwards my left arm and side would get this numbing sensation. And once my neck is back to neutral position it goes away.

    What's wrong with me?

Without an exam the most common reason for any numbness in specific positions is just lack of blood flow but possibly something in the spinal cord? I'd ask a doc

Sounds like it's probably neck cancer. Of friend of mine had it. They gave him 6 weeks to live but he died after 2 weeks.

Neck cancer is most common in men under 25. It is highly prevalent in people of Asian ancestry.

scary stuff! Generally if it's a concern you would ask the internet, it's something you should be able to speak to your doctor about.

you have some compression on your brachial plexus (the nerves that supply your arm) they come out from the part your spine that is in your neck. This may be due to inflammation, some compression from another structure like your vertebrae or a growing mass in your neck. You will need a full medical examination and also an MRI to visualise any comression in the region. See a doctor, there is potential that it MAY and I stress MAY be something more serious that needs ruling out.

Thanks everyone I will definitely get on top of this.
I don't feel it anymore, it was temporary, that said I should get it checked ASAP.

I haven't felt the numbness for awhile now. And I stopped working out like 7 times a week with work on top~
