I was recently told by a guy at the gym that taking metabolism pills to boost my metabolism will help me lose the body fat, like around my waist, etc., and that I should be drinking a muscle supplement shake to build muscles after each workout. I already drink a whey protein shake each time, but he says that I need more. He wasn't exactly a muscle guy, just thin with little definition so I haven't run out to buy stuff. Does anyone have thoughts, suggestions, or anything?!
