Lol. Reading what it says about my own state - Obama "lost Virginia." Just how did that happen before election day? icon_rolleyes.gif

You realize Dick Morris has never had a single correct prediction, right?

His saying that Romney will win a better indicator of an Obama victory than Nate Silver will ever be. icon_lol.gif

I agree with Dick Morris (who I find highly annoying regardless) that a Romney win could also spell big wins in both the Senate and the house. That being said, I think I prefer a checks and balances congress and not sure that any one party controlling it all is such a good thing. I'd much rather see it balanced out and a President with the leadership skills to bring them together and get the hard work done...and get it done the right way.

Agreed. No reason, given Romney's past, that he can't do this. I think he 'could' be a great president for all Americans.

It will be interesting to evaluate the election afterwards...especially some of your all-knowing statements like...

    Christian73 said
Mittens is not going to be president.

The gap in women alone will prevent him from winning.

What I'm delighted by is how out of touch you all prove you are with every post. It just ensures Romney's defeat.

    Christian73 said
I realize you're just about out of your mind knowing that Romney's going down, but you should try to retain a sense of dignity.

    Christian73 said
That's all he's got. The Republicans are running an empty suit who's about as popular as syphilis.

Christian73 saidThis is going to be the trend from here on out. Romney does not inspire the Republican base at all while antagonizing the Democratic base. A bad combination.

Christian73 saidRomney just lost the election. His campaign has grossly miscalculated by assuming that - despite evidence to the contrary - that Obama won't expose Ryan for being the vicious pro-oligarch class warrior that his is.

Christian73 saidIt's best to just ignore riddler. He lives in a far right-wing bubble, wherein Mitt Romney has a snowballs chance in Hell of being the next president and Paul Ryan is an intellectual.

    Christian73 said
This is such pathetic sore loserdom. Romney is a terrible candidate and the American people don't want Ryan's "vouchercare" or "cat food for seniors budget." Next time pick a candidate who can win and policies Americans want and maybe you'll win.

Christian73 saidThe ongoing implosion of the Republican party is the most enjoyable part of this election cycle.

Once Obama is reelected with a comfortable electoral college margin, perhaps the RNC will split up since they can no longer credibly run national candidates that appeal to their religious right crazies, big business interests and mainstream Americans.

Intrade and 538 are still predicting an Obama win by comfortable margins. So I'll stand with them and you can stick with the guy who wrote a book about how the 2008 election would be between Condi Rice and Hillary Clinton.

Dick Morris is a slimy, incompetent, idiot.
If that's what you're pinning your hopes on, you're very likely to be extremely disappointed.

Oh god no. Who on earth would pin hopes on that baffoon? Nope, we're pinning our hopes on the American people. I trust they know the makings of a great President when they see it and that they will vote accordingly.

Lord. While Democrats read reasoned statistical analysis from Sam Wag and Nate Silver, Republicans have pinned their hopes Dick Morris claiming that Romney is ahead in Pennsylvania. Hahahahaha.

This is sad, sad stuff from the party that once produced Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, and Eisenhower. So pathetic and sad.

Aristoshark saidCurrent polling shows that the Senate could wind up 55-45 Democratic. All the poll aggregators are giving the Dems 53, the Rs 45, with two toss-ups.

Morris says Michigan has 15 electoral votes. It has 16
He says Minnesota has 16 electoral votes. It has 10.
He says Colorado has 10 electoral votes. It has 9.
He says Nevada has nine electoral votes. It has 6.

Shall I video tape it? icon_wink.gif CoolArmyDude, no worries, I won't gloat either. Only thing worse than a poor sport is a gloating winner. Whoever wins, it is what it is.
