Ok so here is the situation: I think my body is okay, but I want to work on it a little bit. I just have a little bit of fat around my stomach, but other than that I'm pretty fit. I've played Taiko(Japanese Drums, Big japanese drums) for about 11 years so I think that my arms are fine.

Right now I do about 50 sit-ups, followed by 20 to the right and another 20 to the left and then finish up with around 15 or so push-ups a night. After looking around here I must sound like some kind of scrawny freak, but I was just wondering what people though of my setup.

Im aiming to slim down my stomach and maybe tone it up a little, so does anyone have any tips or suggestiuons to change my regiment?

    Anything is good. Thanks!

Its been posted just about everywhere on here that It the stomach is hard to loose weight from. Just keep working on it and over time you'll loose it. I would say add on more cardio. Run, walk, swim, anything along thoes lines should help get rid of that and with the less body fat you'll be able to tone up.
