I just took some of the beef I slow cooked and fried it with onions, garlic, cilantro, a bit of wine and lemon. My god its good.
paradox saidI did a grass-fed chuck roast in the crock pot just the other day. Seared it off and slow cooked it in a reduction of homemade chicken stock and Vitamix liquefied tomatoes, splash of white wine, splash of balsamic vinegar, onion, and paprika.
