I've noticed that saying 'uhm' is so common among British speakers; do you find it attractive?

I think it sounds kinda cute when older British gentlemen add "uhm" occasionally in their lighthearted conversations

This. There was a moment before cellphones and texting where the world was sort of getting smarter, but once people started speaking on phone in public and we could hear their banal conversations and get texts with LOL and shit like that, the collective world IQ has dropped by about 100 points.

The word itself is not attractive, its all about how a guy uses it. I do find it kinda cute when a guy gets embarassed or is scrambling to answer.
