In the grocery store liquid real egg product is right next to the liquid egg white. Both are cholesteral and fat free, both have the same protein. What's the real difference besides the real egg product tastes better?

If they're both in a carton, they're the same - main ingredient, egg whites. One has food coloring to make it look like whole eggs.

The difference is that one is to the right and the other is to the left.

The real eggs are usually stocked below and taste great.

I had been buying cartons of 100% egg whites for a couple years and then about a month ago started buying eggs when they store stopped stocking them.
The egg whites in cartons were pretty flavorless (but good texture) and I used them because they are fast absorbed protein without the fat. The real eggs tasted somewhat better but only marginally. I know that my sense of taste hasn't deteriorated much (some foods I remember from childhood taste exactly the same). I assume that more naturally raised and feed chickens have the great egg 'farm taste' I remember.

I accomplished my fitness and health goals using real eggs...not "real egg product."

All that other shit is just shit to make you spend more, and is marketed to lazy people who believe anything some corporate-sponsored "nutritionist" tells them.
