Which just goes to prove libs/dems will vote for even a certified mental case!!

Jesse Jackson Jr. won re-election to Illinois' 2nd Congressional district by a landslide Tuesday night, beating his two opponents, Marcus Lewis and Brian Woodwoorth.

First, he's suffering from depression. Go ahead, make fun of it.

Second, the other two guys lost to a "mental case." Why do republicons suck so bad at policy that even a "mental case" looks sane compared them?

Sorry, you've picked the wrong topic to gloat over. It makes your team look even more pathetic, don't you think?

Goes to show that the electorate has bypassed the stigma of mental illness, or, as you call it, "certified mental cases." Good for the electorate.

This just proves that even a "mental case" is better suited for public office than a Republican't.

I suspected - and this was affirmed with the news reports - that violations by him of spending campaign funds illegally for personal use probably sent him in a tailspin. He is now negotiating a plea deal with the Feds on that.

Nice and bigoted view of someone with a mental illness.

You'd be surprised how many people in the world now have some sort of mental illness and it's about time the public's view changed about those who suffer.

It's an illness, and most people (66- 75%) recover from their illness.

It's a shame you can't or won't try to 'recover' from your ignorance and stupidity.

I'm personally offended by the OP. Coming from someone that has relatives with bipolar depression, describing it in the same light as mentally handicapped is - as Donald Trump put it - "disgusting". Very poor taste, SB.
