    And I wanna get into making myself healthier.

    Where do I start?

    What should I eat?

    What are some things you noticed about starting that I will keep in mind for myself when I start?

    bench press ... imagine a guy on top of you and you are pushing up on his soulders

    pushups ... imagine a guy under you and you are lifting your self off of him

    running .... imagine some queen running after you with a broken beer bottle because she saw you kissing her man

    squats ... imagine yourself lowering your ass onto of a guys dick then going up and down

    ... it's really not that hard to do if you try

    Wow ... thanks for the tips, icon_wink.gif all of those seem doable

    My suggestion, for food, avoid junk food, and soda all together. If you don't eat them as often eventually, you won't even want them. Portion control your food and try to eat a variety of foods eat day (meats, carbs, veggies, etc.) Look online for the best vegies and balanced meals.

    For working out, start with definitely start with pushups and squats. Running is good too. It all depends on your preferable style of exercise and what you have access to.
