Since hearing the term recently, kinda become obsessing over how to improve my iliac furrow (whatever you call it). Was wondering if anyone can share any decent tips on here?
I'm kinda lucky I already have the starts of one, but was wondering how I can "exercise" it best to get better!

I'mguessing teh first serious tip will be to shed fat, the same for great abs, but where after that?

Hey man, good question on the Adonis belt. You already look GREAT, but I think I need to see you full-on naked to make a true judgement of the situation.

    THANKS...

Good video, but WHY is he wearing jeans? icon_eek.gif You can't see any definition in his legs, especially the Adonis belt which is what this is all about. icon_confused.gif And too, love it when he states: "Girls love this. Girls love the sex lines." Uhm, yeah, right. They're not the only ones! icon_wink.gif

What is an Adonis belt, or lilac furrow ? They both relate to abs?

Army crunches which is an exercise something like the video previously
posted but you don't need a machine. Also side planks and Paleo diet so fat is not covering everything. Check out this exercise for army crunches and side planks.

It's iliac, and no, it does not relate to the abs, it refers to either one of two shallow grooves of the surface anatomy of the human abdomen running from the iliac crest (hip bone) to the pubis (pelvis.)
