hmmmm...I think 18' arms speak for themselves advertising it on your chest is just unnecessary.

They have throw pillows not to mention dog shirts baby grows and bibs

It reeks of those, shit quality put your logo on anything and we'll sell it and give you a cut companies....Which means if you had 18' ceps they wouldn't even fit into the T

Mine have been at 19 inches for about five years now. I would love have even a little more, but they seem to be stuck there...

18" exactly here. They've always been easy to grow (don't have to put much work into them) but can't seem to get bigger than 18". Guys seem to love them.

Mine are 19 in this pic. I'm just under 250 in this pic but I'm a bit lighter now. My arms are over 17 now. But plan to get them to 18 and then keep a 32" waist. The rest...all in proportion.

Here I have a 33" waist. Not too bad for bulking up I would say. Will someone please scrub my back. I can't reach...

Does anyone know what the difference between a 16" arm and an 18" is? It is not two inches. It is volume and not circumference. 18" is much bigger than 16". Much bigger. In reality it is almost a third bigger. People throw numbers around, but an 18" arm is huge compared to a 16" arm . Volume.

Very few built guys have an 18 inch arm. Few.
