i want to be able to fit in clothes not swim in them. i hate that even some skinny jeans i have to wear a belt..ugh. i am really slow when it comes to understanding fitness. becuase i know its different for everybody. i just cant figure out how my body fits in the mix. when im done with school this semester i am going to hit the gym like a bomb on a city (too soon?) but seriously. im actually thinking about getting a personal trainer with my refund money. i just want to know if you guys have some tips. my goal is to gain some satisfying mass. i am fit. i came to this conclusion. i have an 8 pack...lol not sure if i have that because im soooo skinny or am i really that fit. 6ft 4ish 175 pounds over here.

i also have to get my body ready if im looking to do a lil modeling on the side. no one wants a bone but a dog.

    HELP ME BROOOSSS =P

eat a lot more but healthy, take protein And don't focus on cardio too much. also getting a personal trainer even for one or two sessions can greatly help you get the right workouts in.

I wouldn't worry so much about your waist size - have a look at any of the hot guys profiles here. V shaped - 30-31" waists but with giant upper bodies. icon_wink.gif
