So I started getting serious about strength training again after taking a few months off. I've still been swimming, doing push ups, and yoga in the meantime, so I am still pretty strong.

I have been using this Men's Health routine I found online. I did it at the gym yesterday and it took me over an hour to do throughout so it is a pretty involved routine.

Do you think this is a good well rounded routine that will give me good results? I'm not looking to bulk up.. bulky muscles are not my thing. I want to have a nice toned, muscular, cut, strong and flexible body. I really want to work on broadening my chest too, and tightening my butt.

I think doing this workout 3 times per week would suffice.

    Thoughts?

Have you compared it to the Workout Plans here on RJ?

We don't have many Cubans here. Can we substitute a Salvadorian for those presses?

I've checked them out, I think I'll go with this workout for 3 months then switch to some more intense workouts on this site. My arms are killing me from doing the Cubans, I can't lift them above my shoulders today icon_eek.gif
