Ok guys, this is pretty personal issue but I'm not sure if it is worth the attention I'm giving to it and I would appreciate your insight.
When I go for run my right ball rises up and stays there. Yeah I know sounds odd. (It happened during sex sometimes too...) It happens only with the right one.
I was wondering if this happens to any of you too or if I should check it out with my GP.

It's a matter of clearance. Upright-walking human males have evolved a slight stacking effect of the testicles, because of the limited room in the groin area. When one ball is higher it's usually the right, but some men experience the reverse, all perfectly normal.

The balls also raise when orgasm approaches in many men, as the scrotum contracts. I had one BF in which it was very dramatic, his ordinarily loose balls suddenly rising and becoming tight in about 3 seconds, a wonder to behold. It also let me know when he was about to cum.

The "early warning" signal that AD describes also happens with my long termer. He doesn't realize it and is always amazed when I comment on his impending blast down my throat.

Don't worry about it, klobasnik, it's ok, it's normal.

Yes, I believe so. If in doubt see your doctor, who may give you a referral to a urologist.

You can google up on this and talk to a pro, but, most folks here have you on the right track. Chill.

lol, I've seen them actually completely disappear into his cavity. What weird and amusing bodies we have.

Yes, mine can do that, in extreme cold. Totally disappear. But never during sex.

"Right-left and the scrotum in [Ancient] Greek sculpture.
    [...]
The scrotum in humans is asymmetric, the right testicle being visibly higher than the left in most men. Paradoxically, it is also the case that the right testicle is somewhat larger, rather than smaller, as might be expected. Greek classical and pre-classical art, which took great care in its attention to anatomical detail, correctly portrayed the right testicle as the higher, but then incorrectly portrayed the left testicle as visibly larger. The implication is that the Greeks used a simple mechanical theory, the left testicle being thought to be lower because it was larger and hence more subject to the pull of gravity. The present study examines data on scrotal asymmetry in more detail, and puts them in the context of Greek theories of functional differences between the right side and the left side."

It's normal...and typically a form of temperature control for the production of sperm...or when the scrotum tightens (usually before ejaculation)...

There's an involuntary reflex in the cremaster muscle that surround the testes. It's designed to pull the testes up in order to regulate temperature and protect overheating or cooling of your sperm cells. In general, it pulls up in a cool environment and lets down in a warm environment. This muscle also responds to stroking on the inner-upper thigh, and to extreme fear (fight or flight response).

Something is stimulating this reflex in your right testes more than your left, or maybe a combination of all 3, and for some reason anatomically your right testes is more sensitive to this reflex than your left Maybe your right testes has extreme fear of running.

It's perfectly normal, though you may find it soothing to have a friend massage it gently with a warm tongue on a regular basis.
