Alright I used to be fit in high school with swimming but now have gained some weight from not having time to go to the gym, not too much but have a little bit of a belly that I am annoyed with. I am roughly 6ft tall and weigh 185. Need advice on cutting the belly fat and bulking up arms and really every where. Would like to get toned again. I know my biggest problem is that for some dumb reason i am shy about doing weight lifting at gym since im not very big at all muscle wise. Just need to get over it. Also need to fix my diet, Italian here and all my mother and grandmother fix is amazing pasta and other awesome food and I have no self control when it comes to it. Any advice/help would be awesome thx
