lol weird question, but when you're trying to gain weight by eating a ton and working out, does your head or face get bigger? I think my head is small so I want to make it bigger Or it may just be that I have a long skinny neck... should I target my traps to make it seem less long?

The size of your head is determined almost entirely by your cranial bones, so gaining or losing weight won't have any substantial effect on head size. However, some guys will gain/lose fat from the face very easily, so that can indeed be altered by gaining weight, it just depends on the individual.

If you're asking a serious question:
I think a long, skinny neck would make your head look larger in proportion. Building your traps will make your head look smaller still.

If you're just jacking with readers:
I suggest a fun-house mirror. It may all just be a matter of perspective.

Idunno guys I was 135 lbs this time last year and my face REALLY filled out as I gained weight... My neck's a hell of a lot thicker too but I don't see how bulking up will necessarily make your head look bigger. I mean, wouldn't everything look bigger? C'mon!

There's nothing hotter than a guy with an itty bitty head.

''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' you have a skinny neck.because you have a small head. if you had a big head, your neck would get thick and muscular to hold/carry your head. i think i have the opposite of your problem. my neck is much much thicker than my arms.it doesnt look so good.

Yeah, for many... as you gain weight, your face will fill out as well.
Check just about any before and after photos.

you can increase the size of your skull via steroid use....see before and after pics of Barry Bonds.

It's growth hormone. It's not from steroid use. Growth hormone can dramatically change a person's bone structure but it will grow in disproportionate increments. Then you start noticing that neanderthal look taking over.

Any intense weight training over the course of several years will give you that "neanderthal" look. It's all hormones and adaptive responses.

Hym....well, flex, I don't apply to your rule. My face hasn't gotten that neanderthal Cro-Magnon look and I've been lifting weights and powerlift on and off for 20 years.

The only way your face can increase in size is from fat. Working out does not change the size of your skull. There isn't much you can do to change your bone structure aside from plastic surgery
