Hey all fitness junkies. I'm headed on a cross-country roadtrip from Toronto to Texas to Los Angeles, that's probably going to clock in about 10 days on the road. I want to stay fit along the way, but as we all know, roadtrip travel is littered with health minefields. Besides the obvious (choosing hotels that have gyms, avoiding fast food and packing a cooler full of fruits, salads, water) what do you guys recommend to keep it lean so that I still have a beach body by the time I reach the beach.

Well, don't get so worn out that you fall asleep at the wheel.

When I'm traveling, especially when it involves sitting all day, I find it interesting to get out and walk around a nearby neighborhood for an hour or two. See how people live in different parts of the country and get some exercise.
