Hey all fitness junkies. I'm headed on a cross-country roadtrip from Toronto to Texas to Los Angeles, that's probably going to clock in about 10 days on the road. I want to stay fit along the way, but as we all know, roadtrip travel is littered with health minefields. Besides the obvious (choosing hotels that have gyms, avoiding fast food and packing a cooler full of fruits, salads, water) what do you guys recommend to keep it lean so that I still have a beach body by the time I reach the beach.
