Because i been noticing when standing my stomach area feel somewhat hard and not like much fat though it is still flabby but it looks smaller . Im not really into pe when i was younger so i never really paid much attention when i was at the gym during school so i dont know much about body building or much routine with weights so please help

You'll know it when you see it.

Abs don't suddenly appear. They grow and shrink and come back and forth with your body fat.

Also remember that abs are mostly a kitchen deal rather then a gym one. icon_wink.gif

Mine didn't start to peek out until I started doing some weighted ab exercises - treating them more like any other body part. Lesson: body fat has to be low, but if you don't have 'em, they won't show.

Your abs are always there, its just a matter of losing the fat surrounding them to make them visible. They don't suddenly pop out one day but they will gradually become more noticeable as your body fat % decreases.
Once you start seeing them you should then start targeting them more specifically to make them really "pop" This is advice coming from a 19 year old, so take it with a pinch of salt lol.

Your abs are always there. It's just a question of whether you can see them. This is mostly a question of genetics and body fat percentage. If you're someone who carries his body fat in his stomach versus legs/ass, it'll be hard to get them to show. Even if you carry your weight somewhere other than your stomach, you'll need to be under about ten percent body fat for them to really show. If you want to be all ripped/shredded, that's usually under seven percent.
