Where I am from only children are called honeybuns because most hostess cakes come in packs containing multiples, but honeybuns are sold indivudally and only one comes in a pack.

I'm an only child. And with my crazy dysfunctional parents I think it was for the best.

Only child here and one who is quite thankful for it! It's made me who I am, when I was young I didn't have to conform or compete with siblings I could be my own person and be comfortable with that. Now as an adult, I'm very independent person and doesn't have to rely on others and can do my own thing! So grateful for it icon_smile.gif

I have a half-brother who's 12 years older than me and grew up with his father an step-mother. So uh, I'm really an only child.

What do they call people who start threads but don't return to the thread to answer the responses?

I call my boyfriend honeybum because he's the most hotest, he's packed, he's sold individually and there's only one like him in the world.

Well, my parents were trying to conceive the "perfect" child, so they kept making, and making, 4 offsprings later, they got me. They stopped. I'm THE only perfect child icon_cool.gif
    BUT
They decided that having just ONE perfect child isn't enough, so they conceived my younger sister.
She's my sworn enemy to this day, and forever icon_evil.gif

I am glad that my mom got her tubes tied after having me. I'm not sure a sibling would've made it past infancy living under the same roof as me.
