Unfortunately state law supercedes local law. Eureka Springs can support gay marriage but unfortunately since Arkansas has a constitutional ban on gay marriage this support can only be symbolic. icon_sad.gif

Remember that story about the kid with his finger in the hole in the dike? Seriously that's what they call a levy in Europe. Anyway. we're exploding out being supressed and the votes for gay marriage mean you will all be as free to marry each other as us Canadians are now. I know that annoying but I love saying it.

Arkansas is the armpit of the US.

Eureka Springs is the deodorant that the rest of the state doesn't use.

Isn't that where Bill Clinton who made being gay acceptable in the army came from?
